Star TV is a Canadian-Australian TV channel for penguins of all ages. It made its debut on November 16, 2014 and average viewing ages are between the ages of two and fourteen.

The Channel

The channel made its debut in November 2014, with the first program airing being 'Child Prodigy'. The mascot is a penguin named Harmony who is obsessed with space. She dresses in a galaxy dress, wears dark brown braids and wears a star headband. She has a pet flying comet named Squidgy who appears from time to time in bumpers. Melody also has a little sister named Bobbi, who also shows up in the bumpers. Bobbi also partakes an interest in space. In December 2014, the blocks Little Stargazers, Middles And Biggies Hangout and The Grown-Up Zone were added.

Blocks

Little Stargazers

Little Stargazers is the Pre-school/Early elementary school block, airing from 5:00am to 11:00am. Its content is mainly animated, educational or anything in between. During commercial breaks a small segment used to fill in break time slots called 'Let's Learn with Lena' which features real-life teenager Lena Cameron from Club Penguin Island who teaches young penguins about things they should avoid later on in life, animals, and more.

Teddy Town	Four pookies named Pearl, Sheldon, Kyra and Tiffany buy a teddy toy after their day at school, and when they get home the teddy takes them to the bear-inhabited world of Teddy Town.
Bunny Barn	Two sisters named Lorelei and Clara follow a magic bunny on the way home from preschool, and fall down a hole inhabited by bunnies of all kinds.
Kitty Kingdom	A spin-off of Teddy Town. Three sisters named Adela, Nadine and Elle buy a toy for their cat, and they all get teleported into a world inhabited by kitties. The villain of the show is Kalypso Kitty, a dark grey kitty who plans to destroy Kitty Kingdom and change it into a tropical resort.

The Nebulabox

The Nebulabox is the block aimed penguins aged between 7 to 14, aired during the hours of 11:00am to 4:00pm. Its programming is mainly animated, comedy, or a mixed bag of genres. Subject matter gets a little darker at 3:00pm, when slightly more violent shows not intended for kids under the age of 9 are added in. At 3:50pm, the show playing will pause and will cut to a screen with a nebula background, saying "Warning: More violent and/or mature programs will be airing soon. If you have children under the age of 11, send them to bed, turn off the TV, put them in another room or change the channel. Kid-friendly programming will be ending in 5 minutes." This warning plays for 30 seconds, then the paused program will resume.

Middles and Biggies Hangout

Middles And Biggies Hangout is the Middle-Biggy-oriented block, airing between the hours of 4:00pm to 9:00pm. Unlike Little Stargazers and The Nebulabox, this block has no mascots, but two representatives named Cameron Dragalege and Eli Rippentrop.

Star TV At Night

Star TV At Night is the older teenager-adult block, airing from 9:00pm to 4:00am. Much alike Middles And Biggies Hangout, this block has no mascot, but a representative named Francesca "Freaky Francesca" Skavkord. Due to all restrictions ending make sure younger children are in bed or away from the TV when this block starts. Heavy swearing and majorly inappropriate content will be blocked until 9:30, when all restrictions are dropped from the schedule.
